
For the protagonist of today’s postcard, two hands are almost insufficient to devote himself fully to all his passions: women, wine and tobacco.
It sounds almost like the title of a French vaudeville: ” Women, wine and tobacco” by Paul de Kock, the son of a Dutch banker who died guillotined and by the Cogniard brothers, prolific authors in France at the beginning of the 19th century.
